TAUKO Magazine is an independent sewing magazine featuring patterns and stories from designers around the world. Each issue is curated through our open submission calls, inviting designers to share their ideas and become part of the magazine.

We hold two open calls each year, welcoming proposals from both emerging and established designers. Each call introduces new themes that invite different approaches to sewing, clothing, and creative design.

You don’t need to be an experienced pattern maker to submit your design. Our team provides technical support throughout the process, including pattern development, grading, and sewing instructions, helping you turn your creative idea into a professionally produced sewing pattern.

Our next submission call will open in February–March 2027. We’ll announce the themes, guidelines, and deadlines here on our website and through our social media channels.
